WARNING: The use of images that are not your own on which you claim the ownership will be flagged and/or reported to @steemcleaners - HELPING TO STOP PLAGIARISM ON STEEMIT

Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great start to the new week! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @risengwynbleiid:

For todays entry I have prepared probably my best photo from Adršpach. Adršpach's photos can easily be confused with photos from the Prachov Rocks. There is a beautiful nature, which is very often used by filmmakers.

I rewarded @risengwynbleiid winning entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit her blog and check out some of her other photos.

Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

Please feel free to check out some of my other recent posts.

Today’s photo captures Palava hills (also Pavlov village) and a piece of dam - Nové Mlýny. A lot of rare animals and flowers can be found on Palava hills. This region is wonderful. In summer we can walk and taste wine or ride a bicycle (nowadays is too popular), go fishing, kiting in dam - Nové Mlýny + there is this new museum - Archeopark Pavlov.
I hope this is the last picture from this winter and another picture will be more cheerful and warmer ;-)

This one looks like from other continent ;)

I know, the Czech Republic is country of wonders ;-)

It can make impression that you have sea ;)

Wow, truly stunning image! I don´t know Palava like this since I always come during summer.... Great entry to be featured in today´s edition. Tomas

Photo of the interior of the Spanish synagogue in Prague. It was built at the second half of the XIX century in Moorish revival style. It has a central dome and the ceilings are decorated with geometric designs.

This photo I made in Prague near the wall of John Lennon. A small canal with the tributary of the Vltava River. On the right is a cozy restaurant, and on the left is an old wooden water wheel.

Hello! Here is another photo I took on top of the clock tower. As mentioned previously, they view up there is fabulous and you can see so much. The city scape photos are the photos I love taking because you can see so much from a photo.

IMG_9990.jpg

When you explore Prague by foot at night, make sure take a stroll next to the Vltava rivier. There are all sorts of night activities and, of course, the lights of the epic builds in Prague reflected in the water. ;)

There are always a lot of people on Wenceslas Square. But if you want to look at it differently, you can try to fall into a long line of flowers. They stretch across the square and create a color accent. Of course, we must do everything carefully so as not to harm such beauty.
Prague view

What a great capture!

When my wife saw this souvenir in the store in Prague, there was no way she did not buy it, the only impediment was her fragility, but the salesman very skilfully told her that it was not fragile and I throw it to the floor, and it remained intact. Now my wife has a similar one on her ledge of sounevirs more appreciated, it is a piece of Prague at home. The photo is from the store in Prague.

That is beautiful and hard to believe it does not break. Have a great day. Tomas

A great bike in a place with very classic photos ... Exercising and enjoying an excellent sunset in Prague is priceless. From this view you can witness a very famous tower in Prague called Hanavsky Pavilon.

The Spanish Synagogue in Prague is beyond beautiful. Decorated in the Moorish Revival Style at the end of the 19th century, the attention to detail is exquisite. Even though I spent well over an hour there, which normally is amply sufficient for a building that size, I had the feeling that there were many more motifs and designs left for me to discover, and I had a hard time leaving. This is but a small sampling, but a feast to the eyes nonetheless.

Spanish Synagogue seems pretty popular today!

Winter is slowly coming to an end so I'll have another winter photo. Eagle mountains are dotted with bunkers that were built before World War II. But they never used due to the Munich agreement. During the war, some served as fire targets. Some were destroyed after the war due to lack of steel. And some have survived until today in the original state.

Mikulov can be so beautiful in a day but also at a night. Mikulov chateau is magnificent. Those lights and dark sky can create very romantic and magical atmosphere. It was a little bit cold when I took this picture but I think it was worth it 😊

Prague_tram.jpg

The picture was taken the third time I visited Prague. The first ones I stayed in hostels near the old town so I rarely used the public transport. The last one, I stayed in a Hospitality club member's flat, Mirna, who was an excellent host. The flat wasn't in the city center, so we had to use trams & buses to go to the old town. I love to use trams, they show you how locals live, so happy to send this photo (sorry I can't remember exactly where it was).

Prague Castle is the place in Prague that all tourists visit. It is located in the district of Hradcany, on the left bank of the Vltava River. You can reach it on trams No. 1,18,22,25,56,57,91, and you can walk on Petršinský hill or along the road, it's a pleasure to walk on foot, the road is good, even on the sunniest and hottest day there is always one side roads where there will be a shadow. The route through Petrin Hill is one of the best options for discovering the city's many attractions in a short time and stunning panoramas of the city. But this will require physical effort.

Powder Tower .. The title of "Prague of the hundred towers" lets glimpse the character of a city in which the visitor must look especially to the towers of cathedrals, churches and doors ..

What a great picture of the Powder Tower! I like that you can hardly see any pedestrians or vehicles, and the lighting is very good.

thanks..

This truly is a magnificent image!

Thanks you very much :)

This is Charles Bridge covered by snow. It was quite heavy snow that day (I took this photo a couple of years ago). It's quite beautiful - the bridge covered by snow, statues covered by snow and there in the distance you can still see Prague Castle, also covered by snow. It's a great experience to see Prague covered by snow.

For today's post I prepared another photo from my hometown Liberec. In this photo you can see the Liberec Fountain, which is located between a cultural house and a shopping center - Forum. The Liberec Culture House is currently fully occupied because there is a ball season.

Libeň gasholder, located in Prague's district of Libeň, is the first spherical compressive gas holder in the Czech Republic was built in 1932. During World War II a projectile exploded in the gas holder and after a reconstruction it has not returned to its original function. The unique technical construction is now used to test the aerodynamic features of planes and their parts.

A beautiful flower from atop Petrin, they have a field of flowers up there however when I went blooming season was mostly over so I only had the chance to see a few of them flowered. I'm sure it is beautiful in the summer. It is probably a great place to have a wedding.

wonderful picx ...

This photo promotes the tourism of your country, I think it's beautiful that I even want to visit the site

It's natures way of creating its own art. And we are fortunate enough to be the recipient of its wondrous creations. We simply immortalize its own beauty by capturing it in a photo. Good for us.

Nice photography

Majestic.

It is nature's way of creating its own masterpiece. A nature's art of this kind is immortal. And the best way for humans to immortalize this is to capture this in a picture. Yes, that would live for eternity.

The famous tower in Prague. I have never seen a picture of this without thousands of people in it. It is such an attraction that there are people everytime I'm there, no matter what day it is or what time it is. Would love to see it night one day, haven't had a chance to do so yet:)
