WARNING: The use of images that are not your own on which you claim the ownership will be flagged - HELPING TO STOP PLAGIARISM ON STEEMIT

Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @swerdan:

Okay I hope this is allowed. The top picture isn't mine but it is in public domain. Today we have something that is a little different. Here is a comparison picture of Prague. The top picture is from a book printed in 1650. Czechia was called the "Kingdom of Bohemia" at the time. I'm not sure where the artist was sitting because Petrin wasn't there at the time but my picture is From Petrin Tower. I think it is cool that you can see see some of the important structures that were in Old town back in 1650. Any questions I'll answer to the best of my ability.

Czech Republic are not only historic towns or castles, but is also filled with a variety of hills and mountains. One of my most favorite hilly landscapes is the Central Bohemian Mountains. This small mountain range reaches only 837 meters above sea level, but the scenery there is so diverse that you can spend hier couple of weeks. Moreover, it is only 60 kilometers from Prague.

Grat shot as always worthy featuring as an entry to today's challenge. Tomas

Municipal House is a civic building that houses Smetana Hall in Prague. It is located on Náměstí Republiky next to the Powder Gate in the center of the city. Image taken in summer 2014.

Panoramic view of Ostrava - Vitkovice and the Beskydy Mountains in the background. Home to almost 300,000 people, Ostrava is the third largest city of the country. It used to be the Czech center of mining and heavy industry, which is also why it has one of the most polluted environments in the country as well as all Central Europe.

Photo of different buildings of Renaissance style, built on the waters of the Vltava river at Prague. The building on the right houses the Smetana museum, and its exterior is decorated with paintings. Those buildings are next to the Chales Bridge.

Today I have an entry from the Fairy Village in Vysočina. Do you want to live for one day in a house from your favorite fairy tale? Here you have the chance! The fairy-tale village serves guests primarily as accommodation facilities, so entry to fairy-tales during a tour is not possible. You can live for example as: Rumcajs, Snow White, Rákosníček, Budulínek or Karkulka.

Oh this is really cool!

Thanks, it is really amazing experience to be in this charming place! :)

The Church of the Most Sacred Heart of Our Lord, a Roman Catholic church in Prague's Vinohrady district. It was built between 1929 and 1932 and designed by the Slovene architect Jože Plečnik. It is considered one of the most significant Czech religious constructions of the 20th century. In the wide 42 m high tower wall is a huge, 7.5 m diameter glazed clock (the largest in the Czech Republic). Since 2010, the church has been ranked among national cultural monuments.

Thanks for the love. Im glad you liked my picture from yesterday. Before I went to Prague I checked out a few pictures on wiki to see if any would be cool and found the top one, but I forgot about it until after I went Petrin and realized I probably took the right picture.

I thought it was pretty cool.

Today I have a picture of Strahov Monastery. I only know that because I had to google it. It is an abbey founded in 1143 by Jindřich Zdík, Bishop John of Prague, and Vladislaus II, Duke of Bohemia. If I ever go back to Prague Im going to have to go inside of it. It looks beautiful.

That sure was a great entry so is this one. Thank you so much. Tomas

This is a beautiful view from the red hill, in Brno, from atop this hill you can see a wide view of the whole city, hiking on this hill is an unforgettable experience for all the wonders that you see. Czech Republic always with its views that you fall in love.

I am sharing a photo taken at the Old Town Square, I guess the most famous square in Prague, and also quite beautiful I must say. On the photo you can see Tyn Church in the background. In front of it you can see three house - the one in the middle is called House at the Stone Bell and it's been built in the 13th century!! Very interesting medieval house. Lastly, at the front is a statue of Jan Hus.

Great capture!

A view from Charles Bridge (Karluv most) which I like a lot! It is an amazing structure. In my Prague trip, everday I passed through this bridge in different times of the day :) Especially I like the gates of this bridge!... Dear @czechglobalhosts I also published my introduction, and I want to you to know me personally and will be happy if you can spend just couple of minutes :) thanks in advence..

This is my proposal for today ... The Charles Bridge on the other side of the river at night. The Charles Bridge is the tourist image of Prague, it is like being in an area beautifully enchanted with the tower on one side and the castle road on the other side, always with many musicians and artists to please visitors.

I have seen this view a thousand time but never get tired of it.... So spectacular!

American bison as alive. This is only one KOVOZOO in Europe. Located in Staré Město u Uherského Hradiště. Here you will find many uniquely sophisticated, life-sized animals made from metal waste. Kovozoo is one big story that consists of many small stories. Each animal carries its own story that originated in its production.

Very interesting! I might have to research more about that.

The sun setting over the snowy city Mikulov. There were a few other photographers enjoying this beautiful view and I am not suprised. I think this is a certain magic to a snowy photography. Mikulov is one of my favorite cities in Czech Republic :) Worth the visit!

It sure is! And your image is beautiful!

This is magical--almost perfect. The sun, the horizon, the city. Wonderful.

Prague has a wide range of architectural heritage, ranging from romantic architects to socialist realism. In addition to the buildings of different styles of different periods, modern buildings; Baroque, Arnuvo and Art Deco are the most beautiful features of a place and shape in a harmonious way in Prague. The silhouette of towers, church friezes, roofed oblique slopes, as well as urban texture, structures, roads, squares, parks and bridges over the Moldava (Vltava) River passing through the city gives Prague an unprecedented look. The city lights up the nights, giving the building a new interpretive look that reveals its architectural features in more detail from daylight view.

This picture captures town hall of Tisnov city. It was taken in 2007. Tisnov is located in South Moravia, it is about 25 kilometers from Brno and around 170 kilometers from Prague. Looking at this picture it seems like some Skoda Auto (car) meeting 😀 Notice Favorit (red car) and standing right next to it Felicia (green car) – Felicia looks like Favorit facelift 😊

Art Nouveau Church of St. Wenceslas in Bohnice, Praha 8. For its height is the dominant feature of the neighborhood. It was built between 1913 and 1919, especially by Italian and French prisoners of war. In the days of communism, he was almost destroyed. Now it serves its surroundings not only religiously but also as a place of many cultural events.

I shot this picture in 2017 | Prague.
I like the reflection of the old architecture and the tree, and hey - It's nice if you see a smiling face looking at you :) Nice city!

Great picture. Something about it makes me keep looking. Mystery and beauty, mixed.

You must have heard the story. Once still in medieval times. Live a beautiful young girl, the daughter of a famous city official. With a passionate romance, this girl fell in love with her lover, a simple and kind young man from an ordinary family. In those days, different social status relationships became very challenged, so the couple decided to hide their love story.rayapha.jpg

I'll surely participate in this great contest in the coming days.
