Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @ansharphoto:

Cesky Krumlov. After several days in Prague, I made the four-hour drive to the medieval town of Cesky Krumlov, tucked in a sharp bend in the Vltava River. Everything that I found lovely and atmospheric in Prague was replicated on a smaller scale here, even the stunning castle overlooking the river. It was as if the oldest and loveliest parts of Prague were recreated in miniature for the amusement of a child.

I rewarded @ansharphoto winning entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.

Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

A few months ago I gave Litomyšl Castle. Today I will show him a look from the other side than last time. The castle is built in Renaissance style. It is decorated with sgraffiti and is one of the UNESCO sites for its architectural uniqueness.

Great shot as always.

Tremendous place that deserves way more attention. Great for todays entry to the contest. Thank you so much!

One of the five ponds of the Radun Wetlands, a protected natural area that features a very unique and fragile ecosystem that is home to numerous animal and plants species. The ponds are literally brimming with all forms of aquatic life. They provide habitat for frogs, salamanders, snakes, insects and even some rare bird species including the nightingale and the reed warbler.

The Paris Street (Parizska Ulice) in the center of Prague in the Old Town. Connecting the Old Town Square and the Curies´ Square, the street is known for a high concentration of very expensive luxury shops and boutiques such as Jimmy Choo. What a place for shoppoholics!

The beautiful kingdom of Krakonos!

I am visiting Benecko at the moment and the atmosphere over here is really beautiful. The summer season did not start yet and it seems like the whole village is only for us.

My Kingdom is very beautiful!

Could not agree more! Thank you for providing us with sunny days!

To enjoy the prague city in totality, i decided to walk on the streets from prague castle to the charles bridge. Indeed theres a lot i could appreciate from this walk. The major amongst them is the tram. There were several trams i met on my way; trams were operating on their schedules as arranged or fixed.

Awesome. I love the black and white with this. It give it an old time feel. Great job.

Thank you my good friend :)

Mikulov is city of wine, home of approximately 7500 inhabitants. There is a lot of places to go and things to see – Mikulov Chateau, tomb, a lot of churches, goat hill etc. There is also a lot of restaurants and hotels.

I thought I would also share a picture from the Iconic city of Cesky Krumlov. I've been there twice in my life and I remember when I was younger the bears guarding the castle. Unfortunately when I went last year I didn't see any! Here's my shot!

This time picture from Kromeriz, but not from famous Flower Garden... this is one of the street of this small town. Close to the centre is also a big park which is worth to see. Anyway I like walk around small Czech towns they have some special atmosphere.

District Mala Strana (Small Town), which is located below the Prague Castle on the banks of the Vltava River. The first settlements here arose in the first millennium on the site of trade routes. In the thirteenth century, the Mala Strana region received the status of a city. But here at that time there lived some German artisans, and the Czechs could not be townspeople and they were forbidden to settle here. Buildings in the style of Gothic and Renaissance because of several wars and fires are almost not preserved, the new buildings of the city were built in the Baroque style.

Lom Homolák Lake, Bathing Area
Awesome place with blue lagoon. We walk about 1 km along the way to the quarry. There are more, some for the first time like us and the others are making sure we're going well. The first visual view from a height on the water surface in the grip of the rocks is great.

Nerudova Street

Going down from the castle you can reach the church ST Nicolas. This street is named after the poet Jan Nepomuk Neruda born here. A paved street that goes up to the castle. One of my favorite streets of Prague: lined with magnificent buildings and all kinds of stalls, it has retained its charm while welcoming tourists.

For me, after walking the most beautiful way of transporting yourself in Brno is through the tramway, you cross the city in a comfortable way, and it is easy to access. Every day many people take this means of transport to get to their destination quickly, but if you want to know every corner of Brno, it is best to walk or ride a bicycle.

Watching the storm pass over Prague from hotel century oldtown... The red ceilings are a magnificent sight form this height and the rain doesn't stop it's glow despite the dull weather.

Statuary of the St. Cross with Calvary .jpg

Statuary of the Holy Crucifix and Calvary
This sculpture is one of the most historically interesting sculptures on the bridge, which gradually gained its present appearance throughout many centuries. The original wooden crucifix was installed at this place soon after 1361 and probably destroyed by the Hussites in 1419. A new crucifix with a wooden corpus was erected in 1629 but was severely damaged by the Swedes towards the end of the Thirty Years' War.

That's a beautiful city, i like this photo.
And also good your traveling.....
