Hello fellow Steemians!

I am starting the week #46 of my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge and we are back to the continent of Asia.

If you like to participate, place your personal image from your travels in Asia in the comment section below with a short 30 to 50 word description. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.

Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 SBD in total. So far I have given out thousands of dollars in upvotes and hundreds of SBD in rewards.

After today´s Asian photo contest, the 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge will be followed as per below rotation and then starting again with Asia on next Sunday.

Petronas Towers

These Towers in the heart of Kuala Lumpur are so unique. I´ve never seen a building with so much appeal like these twin-towers. If you stand in front of them it´s so surreal and you can´t stop looking at them.

Wow, this is an awesome shot. Great job.

thank you so much!

Tremendous capture! Well done.

Concrete Jungle, Hongkong
I took this shot a few years ago on my stay in Hongkong. The location was on the Victoria Peak (30 min hike for a stunning view) which was absolutely worth visiting.

Very nice phone and I miss my home!

Thank you @ray147880 :) Its a great place to stay!

Wonderful shot! Well done.

Thanks Buddy!

A reservoir in my beloved city is in the city of Lhokseumawe, a city in the country of Indonesia that displays sunset (sunset). I have been aiming at a picture and I succeeded in capturing it. I present this picture to the challenge held by @chezcglobalhost on the challenges of Asia. There were two fishermen who were riding a boat and this was quite extraordinary in my opinion.

Stunning capture!

Last Friday I returned to visit the most favorite tourist spot in Aceh, Indonesia.
Lhokseudu beach tourism destinations are different at the end of Aceh "big" and have a distance of about 40 minutes from the city of Banda Aceh. This place is crowded by visitors on Saturdays and Sundays ..

Pretty stunning colors of sunset at the beach of Ajman, UAE shot beginning this year. Very long and slow wave allowed to get perfect reflection making overall composition much more interesting. This small emirate is not so reach as Dubai, so do not have so many skyscrapers, but still some constructions are in progress

Enjoy it!

Amazing colors! Thank you so much for your participation.

Petra, Jordan

Because I love to hike and I love ruins, Petra attracted me like a magnet. Some of the trails just scream Indiana Jones style adventure. Even though it's well touristed, go early and be willing to hike to some of the more remote destinations, and you'll often see only a handful of people on the trails.

Such an awesome shot. This is on my travel list and I can't wait to go there.

Thanks @derangedvisions! I hope you get to go soon! I loved Petra so much I entered the park two days in a row, it's awesome!

That is definitely one of the places I need to get to at some point. Thank you for sharing with all of us.

My pleasure Tomas. You should definitely check it out some day. Only 5 or 6 hour flight from Prague to Amman! :)

sunset

In the afternoon is the right time to look for a moment that we can photograph, on the afternoon of Saturday I spent a little time looking for a good view that I could photograph in the reservoir area made by the city of Lhokseumawe, this area every evening was always welcomed by a panoramic sunset , this location is also one of the favorite places for photographers who like to hunt the sunset.

What a beautiful sky!

thank you for the appreciation

Thank so much @czechglobalhosts

Davao, Philippines

The Kadayawan Festival is held annually in Davao City. It is a celebration of having a beautiful life and a bountiful harvest. The most anticipated highlight of the week is the Floral Parade. Here, a child dressed in traditional costume prepares to join the parade

Thank you @derangedvisions, its a very colorful festival!

What a hat!

haha, thanks tomas!!

Koh Samui, Thailand.
On my way to to Koh Tao, I stopped on Koh Samui for a few hours 'cuz I missed my ferry by 2 minutes. At the pier to my left I saw some majestic temple-sites and I had a few hours to kill so I went. This temple was a piece of art.

I took this photo while walking through the beautiful gardens of Summer Palace in Beijing. Love the tranquil feel of this photo. It takes me back to what a great day it was :) It was especially great cos for a few hours we got to escape the craziness that is Beijing!

Yep, little too crazy for me as the matter of fact. Great spot to chill out.

Nature has its own way of showing, how beautiful it is !The moment of the day that holds the beauty is of about the sunset. One of the most amazing moment that can not not be compared with anything.

Was lucky enough to get the shot of that particular moment !The different colors, made it even more beautiful to watch !

This is an amazing shot. Great colors

Abundant natural ecosystems make a lot of life in the mountains of Aceh.
One of them is the endemic Asian rafflesia flower plant.
This flower lives in Indonesia's tropical rainforests. High rainfall makes this region have many unique plants.

North Aceh, I took the photo when I enjoyed the sunset in the maturation of the pond not far from my beloved house and was decorated by the sunset in the afternoon. I tried to capture the photo even though it looked very standard and look natural. Thanks.

Standing inside a beached boat to get a view over the old Dhaka yard. From here people look very tiny and the scenery is just fantastic.
These boats are out of space and being on one of them while, scouting for the ground all around is very weird!

Tegenungan waterfalls in Ubud Bali.
On my recent trip to Bali, I got to explore the waterfalls at Tegenungan in Ubud. It was a fun walk down the forest to the water and I had a quick swim to beat the heat. Highly recommended checking it out if you get a chance ☺LRM_EXPORT_20180406_093433.jpg

Welcome to the Ortahisar Castle. It is a very special castle because of the shape and holes. And it is not only the landmark of Ortahisar but also Cappadocia and Turkey. You can also pay to go up to the castle and enjoy the panoramic view of the city.

Hi @czechglibalhosts here is my participation for the contest. This pic I have taken in Bandipur forest in india. We pass through this forest while traveling from Mysore city to Ooty. The elephant was walking just beside the road giving me ample opportunity to capture him in my mobile.IMG-20180804-WA0060.jpg
This is a wild elephant so we we're little frightened as well but nothing is more exciting than seeing wild animals in their natural habitat.

Datong, China is not the most beautiful city. In fact, there is not much to see since it was completely restored. I prefer original monuments, even if they are crappy. The fortified wall still makes good background for a photo.

This is Mount Batur, one of the famous volcanoes in Bali. Not as big as Mount Agung, but it's still considered active, and it's a very famous tourist spot: most tour operators offer trekking to the volcano's summit to watch the sunrise. Didn't do the trekking when I was there, but I bet the sunrise viewed from the top is amazing!

This summer I went from St. Paul, MN on the Mississippi R. to Cario, Ill. were I went up the Ohio R., Tennessee River then down the TennTom Waterway to Mobile, Al. I sailed just a few days in my homemade 14 ft. sailboat (with cabin) then motored with a 4 horse. A 60 days, 1666 mile trip stopping every night and mtg. new and old friends. I am planning to build a kayak with folding akas and using a small sail besides paddling. The plan is to leave in the spring/summer of 2018. Your video has been so helpful to me to get an overview to plan for my trip. Good job.
