The volcanic crater is very grassy. Any volcanic activity left in recent times?
Ploughman's lunch looks like a fancy version of snackables if you've heard of it. Not sure it's my thing... maybe if the cheese is really good.

There are no active volcanoes in NZ, but everywhere you see these usually small conical hills, even some islands.
Ploughman's is great, usually a selection of different local cheeses. But I prefer seafood if it's on offer.
