I found this on my way to a Danube Delta Tour but I have no idea what is it or how is it called because it wasn't appearing on the map, nor being indicators. But it looks like a water tower or something like this which nowadays is being home for hundreds of different birds that are living inside of the dome and which flew away once I approached to take some pictures. :)
