I did not spend so much time with my family during Chinese New Year and started working on the first day of CNY. I don't mind though cause I can escape from the dead city. This time I flew to Melbourne with my buddy Mandy. We knew each other few months ago on Jakarta flight then we become very good friends. Buddy flight always gives me motivation to work and forget how hard the work is in 9 hours flight. And also I love the summer time in Australia, so here I am!
She brought me to a very nice coffee shop in the town called Manchester Press in Melbourne. It hides inside the ally and actually it's not easy to find it!
My cute sweetie Mandy is with me:) Happy that we stick together for CNY:)
Mandy told me the locals love to chill and have coffee here. Look like it's true. It's quite packed all the time. People are reading, chatting, doing computer work etc.
I love Bagels so much! When I looked at the menu, ALL BAGELS! Mandy ordered the bagel with mix berries and cream, and mine is with cream cheese and salmon! I love how the bagels are toasted. Can give it a try!
If you are in town, just have a seat and grab a coffee. Give yourself some peace and alone time to refresh a bit!
