I went to university in Venice for four years and I got used to it. But now, after many years, I still get that sense of wonder when I go back there, escpecially by night

That must have been an interesting place to be a student. Did they have a good music scene?

It is a photographer's dream.

I know there are some tiny jazz clubs, but Venice is a hard place to move your instruments or even just playing without bothering neighbours. Not a suitable place for musicians, but an amazing place for artisans and other types of artists
