Also I can't quite make the connection between Morocco being a Muslim country and how that makes it inherently more dangerous. It isn't Syria or Saudi Arabia that's for sure. It's much more "relaxed" regarding women (I didn't have to wear burka or worry about covering my hair.) I never felt scared for my life, or intimidated by other men. If anything they ignored me, which bothered me at first but I didn't let it get to me.

Yeah i agree with you Morocco seems a safe country if you compare to Syria, Libya, Iraq or whatever country with extreme factions in control.

So you are saying when you needed some info people actually ignore you in Morocco? Well in Portugal i almost 100% sure that didn't happen :)
