Laundromats are bit hit and miss, some are good, they'll get every stain out, the others tend to just make stuff smell good. Lost a few items to an iron but also had my runners washed which were getting pretty mank & they came out good as new.
The trick with getting your laundry done is walking down the side streets and finding the people that actually do the laundry. Many shops and hotels offer laundry but they're just clipping the ticket. Ideally, you'll pay around 15000 IDR per KG.
