Come With Me As I Tromp Around The Mountains Surrounding Las Vegas Nevada On A Sunny Winter Afternoon!
Last Sunday it was Sunny and 65 Degrees here in Vegas so I decided to take a little hike around the mountains by my home.
Most people don't know that Vegas is a valley surrounded by cool mountains, they just think casinos...and maybe legal prostitution. But the nature of the area is really quite beautiful.
I brought my gopro camera with me on this hike.
I didn't bring the stabilizer thing so the footage is a little jumpy, but I think you'll still be able to see some cool stuff!
The hike was about 4 miles round trip and took a couple hours, I just filmed a few snippets here and there to give you an idea of what the hike was like.
If you're ever in Vegas, let me recommend that you take a few hours away from the Casinos and check out the surrounding Mountains. You'll be glad you did!!

I went to Nevada when I was in the USA. My partner insisted on the casinos and all I wanted to do was explore the desert I could see in the distance. I'd love to go back. It looks amazing.
It really is amazing. The desert is the coolest thing and the mountains are awesome. You should come back!
I should definitely do that. There is something wonderful about a desert. I just got back from the red centre of Australia not too long ago and fell in love with the landscapes out there.
