First, the selection of coffee beans
You need to choose the type of Robusta coffee or Arabica, adjust to your taste. My favorite coffee beans is a fine coffee powder. when it brewed, no more dregs that float on the surface of water.
Second, the temperature of hot water
The ideal hot water temperature for brewing coffee is between 90˚C - 95˚C.
To find out whether the water temperature is ideal or not, you can use a thermometer. on other way, squelch the boiled water for about 1-2 minutes, then you'll get the ideal water temperature.
Third, Mix up the coffee and sugar
To make delicious brewed coffee, preferably powdered coffee mixed with sugar before being brewed with hot water. Comparison is fitting, usually with a dose of 1 teaspoon mixed with 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of sugar, and this applies to multiples. Mix coffee and sugar powder evenly.
For more delicious coffee, we can use a way to mix hot water with sugar into a glass, then pour the water containing the sugar into a glass that contains coffee powder.
