Very true, on good days the view was very nice indeed, Shanghai is a great city! Public focus has been on the environmental situation now for a couple of years and government is taking steps. So lets hope it significantly clears up.
@azonneveld, Thanks for your reply. It is really very sad to have such a city and not see most of its beautiful scenery
