RE: An Aging Randsburg, California

That reminds me. Jeff Goldblum has his series on Disney+ "The World According to Jeff Goldblum". In one of the episodes he explores the world of Denim. One of the Segments of that show he goes and meets with a Denim Hunter who goes to abandoned Gold Mines looking for outfits from that era. Apparently there is a big collectors market for restored Denim from the Gold Rush period. They went on a hunt together for the show and actually found a pair of denim pants. I think he said he would be able to restore and sell the, for like $3000. It seems a little nutty.

Frank's channel is awesome. I am watching his exploration of Atolia, which is the place I will post about tomorrow.

That's really awesome!

The Jeff Goldblum clip did not actually go down in to a mine. They were actually exploring the remains of some sort of house that had fallen down over time. The Denim hunter thought that because of the way it collapsed, people would have considered it too dangerous to explore, and he turned out to be right.
