Leuser Ecosystem is a forest area located in the province of Aceh and North Sumatra on the island of Sumatra in Indonesia. Covering over 2.6 million hectares, this is one of the richest tropical rainforests in Southeast Asia and is the last place on earth where Sumatran elephants, Sumatran rhinos, Sumatran tigers and Sumatran orangutans are found in one area.
