I would like to share a lil about my beautiful and peaceful hometown Miri and recommend your guys to come here to view the beautiful places and scenery. Here i will introduce to you a place that is worth going for sight seeing, good place to eat etc. when you are in Miri.
Canada Hill
Hazard Bistro
This restaurant is located on top of Canada Hill and it is a place where you can have a good time relaxing and peaceful vibe which you can enjoy the food since there is no air pollution. This place serve exquisite yet tasty food and drinks. this is a place where you can take your family to enjoy the beautiful scenery of sunrise and sunset.
Tusan Beach
If you are looking for Blue Tears, this is a perfect spot for your to go. The Blue Tears us a glowing blue light from the ocean water which also can be found in other several places like Vaadhoo Beach at Maldives.
This place is located approximately 1 hour drive and about 40km from Miri City.
The cause of the glowing water came from the algae known as 'Dinoflagellates' that produce a glowing light when the are disturbed by the motion of the sea.
The views of the Blue Tears is quite intriguing and the unpolluted ocean waters gives us a better views. However, this place have triggered the craze amongst the locals.
Brighton Bridge
This is just the perfect spot for you to watch a beautiful sunset. Brighton Bridge, also known as Tanjong Lobang is one of the most oldest recreational park located not far from Miri City. This place is popular in term of tourist attraction and also among the locals. It is also a perfect place for joggers and other activities such as camping or making a barbecue with your family. This place is highly recommended and worth visiting.
