Hello!!!
Day 4 after #Hivefest: Bird park 🐦, Perdana Botanical Garden 🌺 and a revigorating night workout 🏋️♀️
Cloudy morning, rain in every forecast, but I had some cool places to visit. Called a grab 🚕 and off to the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park. The park is awesome. It is very large, with free flying enclosures that actually give the sensation of freedom. A high variety of species make it even more interesting. It completely fits educational purposes and provide pleasant leisure moments. Here's the first photo dump of this article:

Next to the Bird Park, is the Perdana Botanical Garden, with its Orchid and Hibiscus gardens highlited in every guide. Some showers ☔️ made me think twice but my transparent umbrella and rainware gave me courage to proceed. I love orchids so I was in heaven for a while! Very nice place indeed! Then the "How dumb are you, RMach?" episode.
Spoiler: Very very very very very very dumb, apparently!
The rain was getting stronger, but I wanted to visit another place: the Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park 🦋. It was not far by foot, but it was not that close... did I mention the rain was getting stronger? The wind also... 💨
I managed to get there but no umbrella or rain jacket could have saved me from the weather. I found the reception, some people were sitting, just waiting, with sad faces. I confidently approached the desk and asked for a ticket. The lady looked at me, intrigued, and replied with a cute accent: "I can sell you a ticket but you won't see anything because the bufferflies are not flying."
After all the effort to get there, I felt discouraged and automatically (and stupidly) asked: "Really?! Why not?"
"Because there's a storm." - she answered politely.

Back to the hotel, it was time to workout. It felt really good. The previous days were far from sedentary but it was my first proper training session in almost two weeks.
And to finish the day, an improbable combination for dinner according to my standards: Lamb pizza and kiwi juice! 🐑🍕+🥝
I was curious (and worried 😬) but fortunately liked it. Lamb and pizza puzzled my brain for a while but it's actually good.
That's all for now! I only had one more day left in KL and I had to go back to places where we built HF memories. Stay tunned!
