Hatirjheel is a lakefront in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The entire area of hatirjheel is designed with about four main & four minor bridges & several flyovers & footbridges. There are setting arrangement for pedestrians by the river side. A lake flows through the heart of the project with a 16 km road surrounding it. Bus service & boat ride are available & facilities are there for small scale family picnic. At night, light of different hues illuminate the entire hatirjheel especially on the bridges. The area has been decorated with flowers shrubs & trees. 
After its completion it's become place for tourists. Hatirjheel consists of large open space with much fresh air. Hatirjheel is considered to be one of the most notable place in dhaka
