The magical beauty of Tsey is picturesque: it is snow-capped peaks, and rapid, rapid mountain rivers, rustling and foamy waterfalls, eternal glaciers, meadows and unique clean, ozonized air. Approaching the Tseissky gorge, you will immediately feel the difference, breathe our mountain air full of chest.
In Tse are concentrated interesting tourist, mountaineering and mountain-skiing routes. There are 2 cable cars.

At the rental you can take anything, snowboard or snowmobile and ride with a breeze on the mountain slopes.

From the village of Buron to Tsei there is such a road. A lot of snow has set, and you will not pass - you need a jeep.

Tsei has always been a popular ski resort. Since the 70s of the last century groups of tourists came here, athletes - skiers, various competitions were held here.
How majestic are the mountains of the Caucasus. Agree! Everything is snow and magical!
This is a unique monument to George the Victorious, he seems to jump out of the rock. A feature of it is that it is located at an altitude of 22 meters and is attached to the rock only part of the rider's cloak.

These are pretty. I have never tried to ski. One day I will have to go somewhere and give it a try.

Nice post. The first picture reminds me of the Teton Range in Wyoming. I'm a snowboarder and I didn't know about Tsey until I read your post. When is the best time to go in winter?
Thanks. The best conditions in February. But the conditions of the resort itself are much worse than in Europe or the USA. Unfortunately, almost Spartan ))
