Thank you for such bringing back the mysteries of Petra back, first I saw and heard about Petra was after watching "Indiana Jones" I was amazed with that carved into the stones great pillar entrance and thought initially that it was just build up for movie. But later I saw a documentary that also told the story of wealthy nation that lived their and even in that old time already used aqueduct system to transport water and that those rainy days were enough as they also could store water. But as everything in this world once a disaster strikes and the place was destroyed and people left that place. The sad end of beautiful place.
