SOUTH AFRICA // the Hoop nature reserve
@ De Hoop Nature Reserve
In the beginning we weren‘t quite sure whether we wanted to drive to the Hoop National Reserve. Glad we eventually did! Though, it is quite a drive to reach the Reserve and be aware of dirt roads most of the way. As soon as we arrived we got rewarded with an amazing view on huge Sanddunes and a crystal blue sea. Furthermore, The Hoop has a variety of Animals just as Flamingos and Antelopes which makes it a far more incredible place to see. Given the fact that we were literally the only people at the Reserve this morning, made the whole thing even more special. Walking across the Sanddunes and the beach in a fairly cold sand was great. We strongly recommend this peaceful place on earth!
