in #travel7 years ago

India has been the land of great love stories for many years. This is why even today Bollywood continues to make so many love stories. The Taj Mahal is the symbol of eternal love and embodies the spirit of romantic love that has been part of the Indian history since time immemorial.

WE INDIAN ALL KNOW THE NAME SHAH JAHAN - MUMTAZ, HERR- RANJHA, BUT EVERYONE DON'T KNOW THAT HOW MUCH LOVE THEY TOGETHER AND HOW MUCH PROBLEMS THEY FACED. Mumtaz Mahal and Shah Jahan may be long buried in the ground, and Heer and Ranjha may have died in each other’s arms, but love lives on.... This blog i am sharing INDIAN TRUE LOVE STORYS to them that they really loved each other for remembering WHAT IS LOVE & HOW MUCH SACRIFICES THEY DO.

*Heer and Ranjha:

Heer & Ranjha is the most popular of the Punjabi folk tales. It’s about Ranjha, a Punjabi Jat who played magical flute. He was forced to leave his home and traveled around till he reached Heer’s village and fell in love with her. Heer gave him the job of taking care of her father’s cattle and she fell in love with his flute playing. And then they met secretly for many years till they were caught and Ranjha was forced to leave from Heer & also in the village. He went and became a Jogi and renounced the world. Meanwhile Heer was married off to Saida Khera. After a few years the Jogi Ranjha wound up in Heer’s village again. They ended up with each other but on the day of their wedding Heer’s jealous uncle poisoned the food which killed Heer. Ranjha then deliberately ate the poisoned food to commit suicide alongside Heer. This is the story of HEER & RANJHA. THEY DID NOT GOT MARRIED NOT LIVE IN TOGETHER BUT THEY ARE MADE IMMORTAL LOVE. AND EVERY INDIAN KNOWS THAT.

  • Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal:

The top Indian love story has to be the one that has been immortalized in the Taj Mahal, a monument built by Shah Jahan in the memory of the love of his life, Mumtaz Mahal. The Taj Mahal is the symbol of eternal love and embodies the spirit of romantic love that has been part of the Indian history since time immemorial.Taj Mahal is one of the 7 wonders of the world and is a symbol of eternal love. Born Arjumand Banu Begum, she was named Mumtaz Mahal by Shah Jahan after marriage as it means the ‘jewel of the palace’. The couple stayed together all the time and shared a great love for each other. Mumtaz Mahal gave birth to 13 children but died while conceiving the 14th.Shah Jahan etched her story in stone, Taj Mahal the white marble wonder. This is the only monument of love, where perhaps, every inch of the superstructure from one corner to the other, explicits the beauty of Mumtaz Mahal and the intense feelings Shah Jahan had for her. Construction of this marble wonder started in the year 1631 and was completed in 22 years. Twenty thousand people toiled day and night and the end result was the 'Great Taj Mahal'. The inlay work has been carried out with great skill, creating a flawless and smooth surface with no visible joints. The pristine white marble of the Taj Mahal contrasts with the colors of the inlaid stones creating a beautiful and majestic effect.
