Not everyone in the US gets drunk at Halloween parties. I have been to some in years past where there were games and costume contests and such. It just depends on whom you spend time with.

I guess I was hanging out with the wrong people :) Or maybe it's just a DC... But now, I just like to walk around by cute neighborhoods for Halloween, it's more healthy :)
