Experts have established that the body has lain on the roadside since the autumn of last year, but why no one found it earlier is unknown.
"A number of measures are now being taken to identify the person and search for the second participant in the accident," a source in law enforcement agencies of the region said.
The body was sent to the morgue of Krasniy Sulin.
