Hey Hivers,
We've just returned back to HQ after a long weekend in the Alps. September was a busy end to the summer festival season for us, and when we had the request come in to perform at the Yoga und Klang festival in the Austrian Alps, we knew it would be a great opportunity to get some much needed fresh air and energy before moving on to the next album phase!
After an explosive end to the summer at Elfia, we spent a few days in Heidelberg with Stefanie's family. Great food in the evenings, but a lot of work during the days getting caught up on administration and planning for the Fall/Winter. Then, we drove down to the alps!

On our way to Austria, we stopped in Fuessen and laid eyes on the infamous Neuschwanstein Castle. A 19th Century Marvel of engineering and design, the Neuschwanstein Castle attracts millions of tourists each year and is truly a marvel. We wanted to film a video somewhere with the castle in view, but unfortunately we were pressed for time and could only take a moment to take in the sights.
After that we made our way into Austria. The Austrian Alps is a special place. There are hundreds of little villages tucked away in the valleys surrounding Innsbruck. The Yoga und Klang festival is only on its third edition, but it is in a quaint little Alpine town with lush green fields and loads of farms and forests.

Our evening performance was filled with excitement and we spent the days walking around in nature, enjoying the views and participating in the workshops. It was a bit like a mental reset for us on the eve of an important change in our career.
One of the experiences that was most enlightening was a full sensory "breath work" workshop. We were guided through the journey by our friend Flo, who shepparded us through the experience. There were intense moments - moments where we felt like we had completely lost control of our own bodies. Surreal. But in the end, it felt like we had pressed a big reset button and came out energized and ready to take on our next challenges. We are very thankful for the experience.

wow 😍 Neuschwanstein castle it looks like a Cinderella inspired castle 😍 The Austrian alps is breathtakingly wonderful so calm and serene. It's great to put up a farm house here.
Good eye! That is indeed the castle that inspired Disney's castle.
I love the Alps. I've been skiing there a few times and the mountains are spectacular. I've been to Neuschwanstein too. We will be doing an epic train trip across Europe, including the Alps, soon.
Enjoy your travels.
