One of the pleasure to travel Japan is to take lunch in the train.
A railway system is quite developed in Japan.
Thousands of kinds of EKIBEN with the local ingredient sold at every big terminal station in Japan.
Sometimes Japanese people makes long word to short sentence.
For example, convenience store is called conveni (kɑ 'n-vini.)
EKIBEN(eikiben )= EKI (Station )+ BEN ( Lunch BOX)
Before boarding a train, it's a fun to choose EKIBEN with Beer or Japanese tea.
I'm always take Beer with EKIBEN.
This is MASU ZUSHI (1300 YEN) at NIKKO station.
It's rather a little expensive than the price of average EKIBEN .
MASU means trout+ZUSHI means sushi
The rice which gave the flavor with vinegar under the trout.
