They are of different age, from different countries and work in different spheres, but they all share a commitment to innovation, high professionalism and faith in our project.

In this section, we are going to introduce the project's advisory board to you, here you can find the answers to the most relevant and interesting questions about the blockchain technology, the tourism industry and TravelChain.

Eduard Dzhamgaryan

Entrepreneur, CBDO ICObox, ICO Analyst/Adviser, CEO/Founder of GMPay, Blockchain/Cryptocurrency Enthusiast

Eduard Dzhamgaryan  — CEO and founder in GMPay, entrepreneur, token campaigns businesses analyst, and ICObox advisor, member of Advisory Board Micromoney.

Eduard is well-known blockchain and cryptocurrency enthusiast who lives in Bangkok, Thailand. His company, GMPay, is a global developer for digital payments platform designed for couriers, remote sales, restaurants and retailers.

At the same time, Eduard works as business analyst and advisor in ICObox  — one of the world’s largest token campaigns support agency.

He also was a CEO and founder in Blue Boat Technology (shopping malls platform developer), Global Green Garden and Standard Group, a group of companies engaged in several business areas.

TravelChain: Hello, Eduard. Can you tell us a few words about what you do: why and how is it connected with blockchain technologies and the cryptocurrency economy?

Eduard: I work at ICObox, we help companies to get their ICO started, and I like working in the blockchain and crypto economy industry, because I believe that this can greatly affect our future life in many ways.

TravelChain: What prospects do you think blockchain technologies have to offer to society?

Eduard: There are huge opportunities, such as openness, reliability, transparency, simplification, etc., and yet not everyone is aware of what blockchain can bring in their lives.

TravelChain: Can the cryptocurrency economy become a worthy alternative to the existing system and why?

Eduard: It should not be an alternative, it has to become part of the global economy, its significant part.

TravelChain: How could you assess the current state of the tourism market? What problems do service suppliers and consumers have?

Eduard: I find it difficult to answer this question, since I do not work in this industry and cannot adequately assess the problems.

TravelChain: How could blockchain technologies change the travel industry development?

Eduard: Blockchain can bring simplicity, speed, cheaper processes, ensure the fulfillment of agreements and contracts. I am not even talking about broad access to databases.

TravelChain: What do you think about TravelChain project and why did you agree to cooperate with us?

Eduard: It is a great project that can make changes described by me above real.

TravelChain: What is a perfect travel in your opinion?

Eduard: The ideal journey is when I get what I wanted (ordered, booked) and have a possibility of instant access to all tour resources.

TravelChain: Once on your Facebook page, you supported the idea that when recruiting people, it's better to pay attention to their human qualities than to professionalism - because the feeling of psycho-emotional comfort from working with someone is more important than his knowledge, which can always be acquired. How often do you follow this recommendation in business? What kind of people surround you today?

Eduard: It is the principle I try to stick to, I would not like to work with somebody I don't feel comfortable working with. I'm surrounded by people I like to work with.

TravelChain: You said that you haven't read a single business book in your life. However, you've occupied a lot of managerial positions in your career path. How did you acquire managerial skills? And do you think that to be a manager you should be born with that or you can become one?

Eduard: I read a lot of management books back in the day, but it doesn't give you any guarantee of the successful management of people. It is important to be able to communicate with absolutely different people, and this gives an opportunity to understand people and find ways to work with them in a proper way.

TravelChain: Were there any mistakes in business you made that you cannot forgive yourself for? And if you could turn back time, what would you change? What is your actual attitude to mistakes?

Eduard: No, there was not such a mistake that I would regret about now. Of course, there were a lot of mistakes, but they brought me to the place where I am now, and this is absolutely ok for me.

Mistakes are inevitable, but they give us an opportunity to improve things and become better.
