If you do elect to create a post with pictures, then one way to do this is by intentionally writing them to try and connect with the traveling communities here on the Steem blockchain.
If that sounds like something of interest, then the tags used in my R2R posts will provide a guide to follow. If the pictures are of a specific place, then pinning it to the global map supported by the @steemitworldmap community is recommended.
