Those are some spectacular photos! I really enjoy hiking too and can happily walk for hours. And as you say, it's free!

Haha, it's a bit more old school colloquialism but it leapt out at me as being appropriate here!
I've got a load more epic pictures coming up as I ventured off on my own for a ridiculous 2 week journey around the north and south Island to places I didn't visit on the organised travel tours. You guess it plenty of free hiking activities coming up!
