I wondered about the skulls but couldn't find out about them I am intrigued as to what they could mean
I guess the owners love that color for a house, but personally I think if thats the case they made need counseling L:OL

You could never paint your house in such a color where I live, and I think even if someone would be allowed to paint his house that way, his neighbors would paint it in a more pleasing color over night or when he's not at home 😉
