Description
Skin and Body Care is a community that focuses on maintaining healthy skin, body, and hair. We want to know what you do to take care of your skin, body, and hair. You can also tell us about dermatological problems you currently have or have had and how you deal with them, what treatments you have tried and how they have worked out for you in terms of results.

In Skin and Body Care, we accept that you tell us about foods and drinks that provide benefits for body care. Treatments to have shinier and healthier hair, also if you know how to perform relaxing massages or if you visit a Spa to receive special treatment.

Skin and Body Care does not focus on chemicals and products that threaten the care of our skin, body, and hair. We don't focus on topics like makeup, or fashionista beauty costumes.

Rules

We do not accept content that threatens the health and well-being of our skin and body.
We do not accept plagiarism, reposting, spam, or abuse. It will be penalized.
You can write in English, Spanish, or English/Spanish.
Preferably use your images in your content. If you use images as references, they should be copyright-free and have their respective sources.
Posts must have a minimum of 300 words, counting only one language.
You don't need to make an official presentation in our community, but if you want to make a video or written post and tell us your skin story, you are welcome..
We do not accept hate speech or arguments in our community members' posts.
We are not a hair and make-up community, therefore we do not accept publications of this kind.
When we talk about hair care, we do not accept the use of appliances because they mistreat the hair.
We recommend and encourage you to use 3Speak.tv for your video content.
