Hi all,

I have recently downloaded a totally free, new app which helps you release trapped emotions.

This is a sign of the new age that is coming. Helpful computerised methods, to help us with our wellbeing, totally free of cost. How empowering is that?
The book that explains the method is included in the app. It is called: 'The emotion code' developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson

In short the method evolves around this schematic:

The book explains everything you need to know, even how to test yourself using different kinds of muscle testing.
What it comes down to is for example to stand up straight with your feet hips width apart and to use the involuntary movement of the muscles to keep your body standing up straight to talk to you. To trust that your body sways forward slightly when you think of something positive and sways back slightly when you think of something negative.
Everybody can do this because we can't fool our bodies.

Basically you will first ask if there is a trapped emotion for which it is time to be released at this present moment.
If you get an affirmative answer to this, you can go ahead and ask in which row it is situated. Row 1 or 2?
Once you've figured that out, you can ask if the trapped emotion you are ready to release, is in an even row or in an uneven row. Once you know which one it is, there is only three numbers you need to check before you find out in which block the relevant emotion is. At that point you can probably feel which of the five emotions in the block is reacting, if not you can check again with your testing method of choice until you've narrowed down the exact emotion for which it is time for you to release it.

For example, say it is: discouragement.

You can click on the emotion and you'll get more explanation: Feeling a lack of courage, hope or confidence, disheartened, dispirited. Losing the nerve to try or attempt something new.

Dr Bradley Nelson says in his book about testing which emotions are trapped: 'This is an indispensable step towards releasing the emotion. It is important for the trapped emotion to find expression in order to be released. By identifying it and bringing it to consciousness, we are validating the emotion and bringing a degree of closure to the situation that created it.'

Once the emotion is identified, we need to ask if there is more that we need to know about this emotion before it can be released. If the answer is no we can proceed to releasing it, as is explained down below.
If the answer is yes. we need to ask more questions:
We can ask 'When did the emotion become trapped?' By giving several possible time frames we can get confirmation on when it happened. This often makes it easier to also determine during which event it happened. If something comes to mind it can be tested again for confirmation.
Another question that needs to be asked is: 'Is this MY discouragement/trapped emotion?'
Sometimes the answer will be 'No' as it is possible that we have absorbed a strong emotion from another person that has become trapped in us.
The very last question that needs to be asked is; 'Where is the trapped emotion lodged in the body?' using the method of deduction.
For the final check you can ask: 'Do I need to know more about this trapped emotion?'
If the answer is 'No' You can proceed to releasing it.

You state: 'I am ready to release this trapped emotion now, for good.'

For this you trace the governing meridian that runs from you upper lip over you forehead, over the middle of your crown to th eneck, over the spinal cord, all the ways down to the tail bone, with the intention of releasing it. You can do this with a magnet or with your own hand.

Do this three times and then check if the emotion has been fully released. If so: Congratulations! If not repeat a few more times.

I hope you will have become exited to download the free app and try it out!

If you do, let me know how it works for you!
