We had nothing to do. It was nice and warm outside. So we piled into the space shuttle and took off for a small adventure.
We didn't go far at all.. Just down to the Morro bay few blocks of stores and restros. it was just a little break from being at home all day.
We didn't even walk the whole stretch.. just a couple blocks., then we went to this restro.. dutchman. We just ordered some appetizers, but it was GOOOOD. mom and I had a cup of clam chowder and I got these cute little crab cakes also. My aunt and uncle share a small bucket of calamar, they didn't even finish.. so I ate em. :P
It was a fun little trip away. it turns out my cousin's daughter Jade works at this restro as a hostess. We didn't even know she would be there, but it was fun to see her there. She's so tall!
It was actually kinda hot out. I often have to wear a jacket when outside here, but I even took my shirt off.. (when I got home.. NOT when out in town.)
I think that of all the little trip we have taken, this one was just the right get outedness one. and the food was reaaaaaaally good! :)
Oh yea.. I took a pic of the menu to show u all something..
NOT turtles in a half shell.. :D
Just imagine the experience. Am pretty sure it's something to remember
