[ESP|ENG] El puntaje de calidad de IP es bajo | IP quality score is low

Hive.io no me permitio crear una cuenta con mi nueva IP de 300Mbps, dandome el error "El puntaje de calidad de IP es bajo". Pero cambiando a mi anterior IP de 100Mbps, si pude crearla. Esta publicacion es para documentar esta incongruencia.

Hive.io did not allow me to create an account with my new 300Mbps IP, giving me the error "IP quality score is low". But changing to my old 100Mbps IP, I was able to create it. This post is to document this inconsistency.
