Sütlaç

Şöyle kısaca bi tarifimi de yazıvereyim.

Malzemeler
2litre su
2 litre süt
1.5 bardak süt
3.5 bardak toz şeker
5 kaşık nişasta
4 çay bardağı kırık pirinç

Pirinçleri ve suyu geniş bir tencerede kaynatıyoruz. Pirinçler iyice eriyince iki litre sütü ilave ediyoruz kaynayana kadar arada karıştırarak pişiriyoruz. Kaynamaya başlayınca şekeri ilave ediyoruz. Bir kasede bir buçuk bardak sütümüz ve beş kaşık nişastamızı karıştırıyoruz. Tencereden iki kepçe alıp sütlü nişastalı kaseye ekliyoruz. ( bu kısım önemli nişasta böylece topaklanmıyor.) ve bu karışımımızı tencereye döküyoruz. Kaynayana kadar karıştırıyoruz.

Son olarak kaselere boşaltıyoruz ve soğuduktan sonra dolaba kaldırabilirsiniz.
