I do not know what it takes but it seems that the US wants to have control over everyone and everything they do.
They use to have some control over everythin.. Now they are loosing the control, Cryptocurrencies are turning USD to nothing, Countries are suporting in others sources than the US. The world is changing and they are trying at all cost to stop or delay that change.
