The truth is there is no "America"that could be too good for anything. It's a word used to describe a piece of land on planet earth, the people who populate this area are just like people who populate any other parts of this planet. The so called American people is a mass of millions that have been domesticated by television and newspapers for the last 100 years or so. It's lambs for the slaughter now baby.
