Excellent blog. There are 4 types of leadership (democratic, autocratic, technical, dictatorship). Each of these styles has its advantages and disadvantages. There are no ideal leaders, only a combination of features. If Steve Jobes was a genius, the dictation of his leadership style, okay. We all differentiate, so we learn and develop our character and skills. @finnian
