The Federal Government owns anything and everything that is regis-tered with them and by proxy, that ownership is extended to include the British monarch-whoever may be sitting the throne. Then, the monarch is beholden to the Pope and Vatican through the treaty of 1213 in which King John turned over all holdings to the Vatican.
The Magna Carta has never and will never be upheld as a legitimate document because King John was forced to sign at sword point. Not to mention it came after the 1213 treaty.
