I trust everyone is doing well.
Today, I want to share little things that drag many lives to pit of hell.
Some Christian regard some sin like Murder, Adultery, Fornication, Covetousness, Stealing and Abortion as great sins and promptly avoiding the like one keeping away from a plug. But they consider some other sins as being little. They indulge in those seemingly little sins with the misleading consolation that it doesn’t matter. But the truth is that in God’s sight, there is no such as little or great sin. Sin is sin, whether great or little, and they have the same consequence and punishment.
Roman 6:23 says;
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. NIV

In some cases it is the smallest things that pose the greatest risk to your life. In the same manner, it is the little sins in your Christian life that can more easily lead you to spiritual death. In more practical terms, some of these little sins include; exaggeration, malice, half-truth, nonchalant attitude to God’s word, envy, jealous, lateness to church, hypocrisy, eye service, forgiveness, evil speaking, politics in the church, slander, anger, bitter words, unkind thoughts, impatience, immoral dressing and so on.
Little Sins,
Few Christians are regularly faced with the outright decision of whether or not to commit adultery or fornication but most Christians are faced each day with the temptation of stealing a single lustful look or allowing a single lustful fantasy to play in their mind.
People feel they have avoided what they consider to be the greatest sin of fornication or adultery but fail to deal with their thought life. That’s why the Bible told us in the book Matthew 5:28 that “ But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his ”. NIV

We all remember story of David who fornicate with Bathsheba. David must have been overcome with lustful thoughts before he sent for Bathsheba. (II Samuel 11:1-4).
All these things I am going to list below will help you to overcome little Sins.
Examine Yourself and identify those little sins. As a Christians, you must daily examine your life to identify those little sins. II Corinthians 13:5 says; “Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—unless, of course, you fail the ”? NIV

As you discover them, don’t ignore or accept them as normal part of your life or justify them as your temperament or weakness, instead, root them out of your life.
Fix your heart on God and saturate it with His word and please Him daily. The book of Psalm 57:7says; “ My heart, O God, is steadfast, my heart is steadfast; I will sing and make music You need to consistently feed yourself with the word of God. Be full of the scripture and vast in their application, so that you can conquer sin. (Psalm 119:11)
Keep your Mind Clean. Be mindful of what you watch, read and what you listen to, so that you don’t pollute your mind with lust. Job 31:1. Proverbs 4:23 also worn us to guard our heart diligently because it is the foundation whence all the streams of life proceed.
Depend Daily on the Spirit’s Guidance. Always depend on the Holy Spirit for guidance in whatever you do or say. Let the Holy Spirit lead and direct you. Please read (proverbs 3:5-6 and Roman 8:14) for more.
Keep Yourself Busy. Keep yourself busy all time at something good. Because an idle mind is the devil’s workshop.
