¡Good morning people!. Today will be a very important day, I tell you; today they finish the construction project with recycled materials in Tulum Q. Roo I hope this pleases you and is an idea more for next projects. It is made with bottles filled with earth or sand and the base is made with cement, very nice in the end. this project is thought of as rooms for children with limited resources. 
That's pretty neat. What's the purpose of the bottles, insulation? Or just for the looks?
the bottles are used as blocks, for that reason they are filled with earth, besides a construction like this is more solid
