How to Figure Out Whom You are Following, and Who is Following You.

Go to your "profile" page. This is located at:
https://steemit.com/@username

or in my case:
https://steemit.com/chinesejapanese

At the top of the page - below your username - you will see a number of "followers" and a number "following." Clicking on the word will show you a list.

Or for a direct link you can append "followers" or "followed" to the URL of your profile page. For example, in my case:
https://steemit.com/chinesejapanese/followed
