Yep I did, but the + button is not there. here's a screenshot
just checked your wallet, you need 3 Hive to make a community, and you have only 1 hive now.

hmmmmmm are you using Hive Keychain?
Perhaps it activates after a certain amount of HP? I'm thinking into buying more hive to see.

I did not, as it's all in HP except some HBD that I've just converted to Hive. Thanks It makes sense now
