Check your bandwidth at steemdb.com . If its at lower point, it will not let u post.
Just post, comment and be communicative, thats it... you will earn some automatically...
Yes, you need a bit of SP. If you don't have enough SP then you also won't have enough Bandwidth.
I suggest you write meaningful comments to earn some SP. I will reward you right now, that's a start ;)
