Have in mind that most cryptocurrencies are mining more coins everyday so the circulating supply increases which also increases the market cap. That is why the price action is so important as the more coins in supply, the harder it is too move the price as it is dependent on the demand for it at any given point in time. This is partially why it has been tough for the market to continue higher as it takes higher adoption and usage to increase demand for the supply available.
