Such great advice! The part about investing (buying a share) which does something about one's attitude toward the work, rings very true for me.
That investment into something can only really take place when a level of self-confidence is also achieved. Perhaps also true, after investing, a measure of confidence is added on top of a cup that was half filled. One can almost see the cup being filled and another one required shortly. It's as though one has set out on a quest, packed the bags, and left the building on a journey.
