Git tutorial #11 - Git reset Mixed

in #tutorials8 years ago

Hello everybody!

In this new post we see another option that has the git reset, and is the git reset mixed.

This $ git reset --mixed idCommit command is used to delete commits and return them to a specific one but without deleting what has been worked onworking local ie the code of our files that have been modified will not be removed , this is used a lot if what I want is to return me in time and make a single commit for several commits I have done in the project.

It is an option that is used in many cases and I think it is important that we know it.

Regards!
