A Very Murray Christmas (4th December 2015)
Starring Bill Murray, Chris Rock, Amy Poehler, Rasida Jones, Maya Rudolph, Paul Shaffer, Michael Cera, Jason Schwartzman, George Clooney, and Miley Cyrus.
Bill Murray is at New York's The Carlyle on Christmas Eve, about to host a live Christmas special. The problem is a snow storm is preventing any of the guests showing up. He does manage to Shanghai Chris Rock into a musical number, but Rock flees when the power goes out. Murray's are happy though, the power outage classes as an act of god and they can now recoup their losses through the insurance.
Murray ends up spending the rest of the night interacting with the hotel staff other stranded guests. Culminating in group sing-along around the piano, accompanied by plenty of booze and the spoiling food from a wedding which couldn't go ahead.
As they pass into Christmas Day Murray falls down drunk, and dreams of the special as it should have been.
