Herrrooo Dreamers,
I think we are starting to get that groove going again. Still have a little bit to catch up on before we are fully back in what I consider the swing of things, but we cannot get there without trying!

CANCELLED - Fine tuning everything, and transferring files over to the new PC set up.
TURTLE POWER MONDAYS :
We returned to a normal night of Turtle Power Mondays. That's right, we were back to hunting for WR improvements. However, until we could get there we first had to double check all the new audio issues/levels for having the new system in place! All the Dreamers were providing an amazing amount of feedback and I feel we were able to wrangle most of our audio issues into a "safe" ear space for everyone.
The excitement didn't end with optimal audio, but once again proving that grinding away at TMNT IV will reap its benefits for Dospostmann and myself. We still truly believe that until a time is sub 20 minutes that TMNT IV : Turtles In Time Co-op Any% Normal is a run far from optimized. Until that day comes, we are very happy with nailing our first WR of the new year with a 20:19 in good ol' 2019.
ANIME NIGHT :
SPOILERS
The "Gates of Judgement" episode 16 really pulled me deeper into this stressed riddled anime. I continued to pull back and forth for the destruction of Sybil and the defeat of Makishima! Oh, how could I be torn in such opposite directions? Or was I being pulled in opposite directions?
I was finding that I didn't like EITHER! They were both versions of the devil set out to prove their version of the truth was bold enough to be god-like or viewed us omnipotent. Then the segment of the story that had me yelling at the screen was shortly after Shuusei Kagari takes out the the guards protecting Guseong. Kagari then confronts Guseong at the core of the Sibyl System and as he begins to claim how the world will be turned upside down, is suddenly killed by Chief Kasei, who as her cybernetic physicality is revealed proceeds to override the stun feature of her Dominator and uses Deathly Decomposer to "erase" Kagari from ever being there in the first place.
Makishima continues to run free with his eyes set on a larger prize as humanity has yet to feel his last or even greatest plan of destruction. Next week we will see a little bit deeper into the madman that is Makishima or those who he might consume in his carnivorous efforts such as Kogami and Akane.
