Another life after the Biggest Typhoon hit the Philippines

Hello Hivers!

This is just an update after the biggest typhoon hit our country two days ago. I am still not in a good physical condition as I haven't get any good sleep or rest.

My body is exhausted but am glad me and whole family are still alive. But it was definitely the scariest thing that ever happened in my whole existence and I cannot help the tears drips on my cheeks and heavily breathing.

I wrote some notes in my journal and some videos and I hope to get strength to share it soon. For now, I just want everyone to how important to not take life for granted because it so easy for mother nature to take it back.

For me to be able to post this, I have to go downstairs and find a good internet connection and if you ever see this, and if you have family and friends in Cebu, please try to reach out to them. It is sooooooo heartbreaking. Am trying to get strength and be able write everything in my thoughts but my heart is really heavy right now.

Unfortunately, the photos are not uploading because of the very slow signal.

For now, I need to spend time with my family, I hope you all stay safe.

Hmm... but this big natural disasters also help to learn, here is a good example of how to always prepare yourself if such a situation arises again.

I hope all be soon ok there ... also look that you have the community around because you can't count on the state in these circumstances. They 95 % time not help but they ask all time more TAX :))

Hi @purepinay
I am very sorry to hear about the Typhoon, but I am very glad you and your family are safe, and uninjured. Praise God.
I can understand the mental strain you must be under with the daily struggle now for electricity and water. May the strength of the Lord be with you and your family now, as strength of faith is needed now more than ever.
